God is one with His word

Hebrews 6:13, 17 

“For when God made promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no greater, He sware by Himself. Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath”

The place of the word of God in walk of faith cannot be overemphasized. Without the word of God, there is no possibility for faith. 

Therefore one very important thing you must

establish as a priority in your life is the portion this word holds in your life. The word must be given priority, pride of place in your life. Secondly you must believe on the integrity of God’s word, that God’s word is unchangeable, infallible and immutable. 

That is, God says what He means and means what He says. He says what He can do and does what He says. God is one with His word. You cannot separate the word of God from God.

“Forever O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven”. (Ps119:89)
