MY REINS SHALL REJOICE

      Proverbs 23:16

“Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things.”

     Proverbs 15:30

“The light of the eyes rejoiceth the heart: and a good report maketh the bones fat.”

The issue of confession cannot be overemphasized in teaching or talking about faith, that is, making sure that one is speaking the same thing God’s word is saying on any situation. Our verses for meditation today further underscore this. Here we see that it says even your body parts respond to words.

The word “reins” actually refer to internal organs, notice it says they rejoice when you speak right things. Then the next one says a good report will make your bones fat. You may be reading this today and doctors have given you a report which cannot be called a good report that some of your organs are failing or something is wrong with your bone.

Well, here is the word of God that says you can change what doctors might have seen about your internal organs. The way to go about that is to begin to speak right things about your body, say what the word of God says about your body parts. Your speaking will affect the condition of even your internal organs, so speak life into them.

If need be God can change your damaged body part and give you a new one.

PRAYER: I PRAY FOR YOU RIGHT NOW NEEDING A NEW BODY PART, RECEIVE RIGHT NOW IN JESUS NAME. I COMMAND THERE TO BE A TRANSFER FROM THE STOREHOUSE OF HEAVEN INTO YOUR BODY THAT PART YOU NEED NOW IN JESUS NAME.

CONFESSION: MY REINS ARE REJOICING AND MY BONES ARE MADE FAT NOW IN JESUS NAME.

FAITH IS A TITLE DEED

Hebrews 11:1 (amp)

“NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

It says faith is a title deed. What is title deed. Now anyone who has ever purchased a property, would know what a title deed is. But let us see from the dictionary:

title deed •  a legal document constituting evidence of a right, especially to ownership of property.

That is, something that shows you a particular thing is yours. Now there is a property that I have bought, that physically, I have not seen but I have the document that proves its existence and another document registered with the government that says it is mine. If we want to give a name in scriptural terms, we will call that document faith.

Now there is a document that is evidencing or gives proof to what is rightfully yours, that document is the word of God. So when the devil comes to you to tell you that you are not healed or your need is not going to be met, show him your title deed, the word of God. It is enough to make him to flee and leave alone.

That is what Jesus did when He was tempted, He said it is written! He showed the devil the document and the bible said he left. Today, let the devil know what is written concerning you. The bible is a legal document, signed and sealed in the blood of Jesus, attested to by heaven, respected and adhered to by hell.

CONFESSION: QUICKEN ME O LORD ACCORDING TO THY WORD FOR I HAVE HOPED IN THY STATUTES.

PRESENT YOUR EVIDENCE

Hebrews 11:1

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

“NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

Let us return to our definition of evidence as “Something that shows that something exists or is true”. The Scripture said in the book of Acts that you and I are called to be witnesses. What does a witness do? He gives evidence. That means, as a witness you give something that shows that something exists or is true.

What is that which you give that shows something (in this case, your healing, blessing, breakthrough) exists? It is your faith.

What is your faith which shows that your healing, etc; exists? Your faith is shown in your belief, your confession, and your corresponding actions.

You are supposed to hold unto these until the real thing comes. You know, once the evidence has been presented in the court of justice, the real thing has to show up.

The reason why some don’t see manifestation is because they do not show the evidence of their healing or prosperity. What shows up is the evidence they presented. What will show up for you is the evidence you present!

Your faith is evidence! Present it! Your responsibility is to present evidence, God's responsibility is to present the real thing.

CONFESSION: Hey! I have evidence. This is my evidence. I believe God it shall be as it is written and told me.

PROTECT YOUR FAITH

Luke 22:31,32
“And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.”

One of the things you have to do about your faith is that you need to protect your faith. There are faith building people and environments and there are faith weakening or destroying people and environments.

I remember an experience early in my faith walk. I was in school (doing an in service training) and at the same time was preparing for my wedding. A colleague came into my room with a news paper report, the report had to do with the recession in the country and the high prices of household things.

After sharing the report with me, he made this remark, “how can a young man settle down and fill his house with the needed things under this circumstance?” He said that and walked out of my room. You know what?

Darkness enveloped me afterwards, I mean literally. But the light of the word came to me at that moment and drove the darkness away. God led me to Psalm 115:14, “The Lord shall increase you more and more even you and your children. Glory to God! So you need to be careful who you surround yourself with when you are believing God for something. Protect your faith!

PRAYER: I pray for you today that your faith fail not.

THE EYES OF YOUR UNDERSTANDING

Ephesians 1:16-19
“Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power.”

In my experience, I have come to realize that it is a possibility to be a Christian and be far from living by faith. It takes revelation from God for one to see the difference. Therefore for today, I will like you to pray the above prayers for yourself for the next one month, this is the first of what is called the Pauline prayers.

A part of it says, that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of God’s calling and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints and what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who BELIEVE. (emphasis mine)

When your eyes are opened to the greatness of God’s power exercised in the favour of those who believe, will it be difficult for you to believe God? I guess...   https://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss…

DO THE IMPOSSIBLE

2 Cor 4:18
“While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

WE are still on this thought, Faith sees the invisible. There is a second part to this: “See the Invisible, Do the Impossible.”(courtesy Jesse Duplantis). If all we see are what the ordinary eye sees, or what everybody is used to seeing, that is all we will be doing – the norm.

But when we exercise our ability to see the invisible, it enables us to...  https://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss…

FAITH SEES THE INVISIBLE

2 Cor 4:18
“While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

For you to live by faith successfully you must be able to see what others are not seeing. This is because faith sees the invisible and you must learn the art of seeing the invisible. Do you realize that the reason why the Apostle Paul said even though the outward man was perishing, they did not faint, was because...  https://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss…

REAL FAITH

Mark 10:47 48
“And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.
And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.

There is something about real faith, it does not take no for an answer. This is because it has been promised or should I say, guaranteed manifestation. So don’t take no for an answer. When blind Bartimaeus was told to shut up, that it was not his kind Jesus attends to, the Bible said he shouted the more and Jesus stood still for him. Jesus will... https://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss…

FAITH IS THE EVIDENCE

Hebrews 11:1

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

“NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

Another thing we see faith being called is ‘EVIDENCE’. Now this is a very strong factor in the use of faith. I read from someone who said you have no business trying to exercise faith if you do not have evidence, why is this so and what is evidence? “Something which shows that something else exists or is true”. It is also giving proof that something exists.

There are two ways to look at this. Firstly it means faith is the proof that something exists. Now what is the proof that something exists? What is the proof that your healing, your supply, your blessing exists? The word of God is the proof that it exists; therefore the word of God, the written word, is the evidence of things not seen.

In effect, there is no faith present if there is nothing you have from the word of God remotely or directly that what you desire exist.

Now in the natural court of law, true evidence has weight. It stands in the place of the real thing and upon it a conviction or acquittal can be obtained. Take the evidence of the word of God in that same manner when the enemy comes at you, show him you have evidence and it will suffice until manifestation comes. For if there is evidence, then the real thing exists. Glory to God.

CONFESSION:

I have evidence that my healing exists. I have evidence that mu success exists. I have evidence that my prosperity exists. The word of God is my evidence.

FAITH IS PERFECTED BY OBEDIENCE

Romans 1:5
“By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for His name.”

Faith is perfected by obedience. To live by faith is to live life in perpetual obedience to God, His Word and His Spirit.

“Jesus was kind to me and chose me to be an apostle, so that people of all nations would obey and have faith.” (Contemporary English Version – Rom 1:5)

“…who bring people from every nation to the obedience that is associated with faith…” (God’s Word)

“…in order to lead people of all nations to believe and obey.” (Good News Translation)
You get the drift of today’s meditation? Faith is associated with obedience. You cannot claim to be walking in faith or living by faith and be live in utter disregard of the word of God. Or decide to obey a part of God’s word and disregard another part. The Scriptures say concerning Abraham:

“By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place…” (Hebrews 11:8)
If you claim that you believe God then obey Him and do whatever He has asked you to do today. Your obedience is the proof of your belief. Like an old hymn said:

Trust and obey
For there is no other way
To be happy in Jesus
But to trust and obey.

CONFESSION: I will obey you Lord, because I trust you.

THE LIFE OF FAITH

Romans 10:6&7
“But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, say not in thine heart, who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring up Christ down from above.) Or who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead)”

Faith does not always have all its questions answered. You cannot wait to have answers to all your questions before stepping out in faith. When God called Abraham, the scripture said he asked Abraham to step out to a land He will show him.

“By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. (Hebrews 11:8)

So stop waiting to have answers to all the questions, you will not have them.

Begin to do something with what you have now, and with what you know now. This is what the life of faith is all about. Remember, Faith is the evidence of things not seen. There will always the element of the unseen, unknown in your walk of faith.

Once you understand that, you will procrastinate less in the things God tells you to do. Step out now in Jesus name.

Confession: I step out now in the name of Jesus.

IT DID NOT MAKE SENSE

2Corinthians 5:7
“But we live by faith and not by sight.”

Faith does not make sense. If you wait for faith to make sense you will not take faith based actions. It did not make sense that God asked Moses to grab the snake by the tail. It did not make sense that God asked the priests under Joshua to step into the Jordan river that overflowed its banks before they saw the river part.

It did not make sense that the children of Israel had to go around the walls of Jericho for six days not saying anything, and then shout on the seventh day for walls to come crumbling down.

It did not make sense for a teenager, David to bring down a Goliath with a sling shot. It did not make sense that a little boy’s lunch could feed over five thousand people.

It did not make sense that a virgin could become the mother of our Lord Jesus Christ. And yes it does not make sense that Him that had no sin was made a sinner and we that are sinners by nature can become saints, with no sin reckoned to our account.

Yes, it makes no sense but it is faith and faith is God’s realm of operations.
What step of faith is before you now that does not make sense? Go ahead and take it and watch God come through for you.

CONFESSION:
I live by faith and not by my physical senses.

POTENCY OF FAITH

Romans 14:23
“…for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”

Do you know that what Satan is after when he comes with a temptation to sin is your faith? Or rather should I say the potency of your faith. Our scripture for today says whatsoever that is not of faith is sin.

This means that the root of sin is that I do not believe God’s word. Why did Eve eat of that tree in the book of Genesis? She believed the devil’s word above God’s.

Therefore, when I consistently live a life of sin, what happens is that my faith in God gets eroded unconsciously. When I now find myself in a situation where I need to exercise my faith, it becomes a struggle.

It is because...

WORDS THAT CREATES THINGS

     Mar 11:22

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

Faith in God ultimately is expressed through your words. When you are with someone for five minutes you can tell where they are in faith. When you add verses 23 and 24 to our text it shows us that these words could either be “saying words” or “prayer or praying words”.

I mean these words could either be expressed in ordinary day-to-day speech or in your prayers. This is because after Jesus said have faith in God, the next thing he said is “whosoever shall say” and “what things soever ye desire, when ye pray…”.

This means if you... CONTINUED @  https://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss…

I CHOOSE TO BE STRONG

      Mar 11:23
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Doubt is something that attempts to plague everyone that lives by faith. Have you heard this saying, “feed your faith and starve your doubts”? It is so common that I don’t know who originated it. But that is exactly what you do.

You see both faith and doubts feed on something in other to be strong. Therefore the one you want to prevail, and I assume is your faith, you feed it and you starve the other.

For doubts to be strong, it feeds on circumstantial evidence. In other to starve it you do like Abraham did, “he considered not his own body now dead neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb…”.

For your faith to be strong, feed it the word of God and praise, “…but was strong in faith giving glory to God.”

    CONFESSION:
I choose to be strong in faith today. I am not a doubter but a believer.
