Have Faith in God Part 7

“ And Jesus answering saith unto them , Have faith in God” Mark 11:22

“…God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” I John 1:5

So having faith in God is having faith in the fact that He is light and there is no darkness in Him; that means my faith in God cannot produce darkness in my life.
What is darkness? Darkness stands for everything evil. You cannot believe in the light and expect that your  faith in light  will in any way produce darkness in your  life in any form. What comes out of you  will also be light .

Bible says in Ps. 36:9 “...in thy light shall we see light..” that means that in His light we have life; in His light there is life . My faith in the light produce life for me. I know am not confused about what can come from God though  I may not understand everything in life. When

Have Faith in God Part 6

“ And Jesus answering saith unto them , Have faith in God” Mark 11:22

“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love, 1 John 4:7-8 

If you have love, love has no choice but to flow out of you. What you are is what will flow out of you. Having faith in God means Having  faith in His love because God is love, God doesn’t have love, God is love.

What does it mean to have faith in love?

“And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world”. 1 John 4:16-17

If you have faith in Him, you will have confidence in the day

Have faith in God Part 5

“In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made. 

In him was life, and the life was the light of men” John1:1-4

When you say ‘Have faith in God’ – you are saying ‘Have faith in His words’. Why? Because faith in God is telling you to have faith in His words. When God speaks His word it is His spirit that is releasing it to people, So, If you say you believe in God, but treats His word shabbily or with a nonchalant attitude

“ And Jesus answering saith unto them , Have faith in God” Mark 11:22

“….He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him…” Hebrews 11:6

A lot of people are defeated in their walk with God  because they do not accept God as a rewarder.

You say how do you mean? If I give you a reward does that reward mean I took something from you or I gave something to you?  So, how come people who say they believe in God when things are taken from them say it is God?

If there is anything God detests or hate it is to ascribe to Him what the devil does. God is a rewarder; that was the point on which God was angry with Job. “What man is like Job, who drinketh up scorning like water?... For he hath said, It profiteth a man nothing that he should delight himself with God” Job 34:7,9
How dare you say God took things from you; God does not

Have Faith in God Part 3

“ And Jesus answering saith unto them , Have faith in God” Mark 11:22

You need to come to the place where you can serve God because of ‘what’ He is and  become persuaded about ‘who’ He is.  Those who do are the kind of people who still see the fullness of the blessing of God .

When you are at the place where you will rather burn than bow, like the Hebrew children in Daniel 3:14-18 the devil cannot have you for meat.

Matthew 27: 46“…My God, my God why hast thou forsaken me? Luke 23:46  .Father into thy hands I comment my spirit..”
Why would Jesus commend His spirit into the hands that has forsaken Him? It is because His faith is not in the works of God, but in the person of God; He knows that

“ And Jesus answering saith unto them , Have faith in God” Mark 11:22

 “Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm…For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh…Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh…” Jeremiah 17:5-8

God  cannot fall below His standard-He is HOLY. He says “I am the Lord, I changeth not; that is why you are not consumed”- not because of works, but because of ‘what’ I am. God is not a man.

What does it mean to be cursed? It means in any way you are already on the road to failure. If in any way your faith is to any extent connected to man, such a person

When Jesus said “Have faith in God” , He tells you clearly where your faith is supposed to be directed at. It is not to man, it is to God and it has to be definite, if you don’t sort that , your faith can unconsciously be put in man.

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he that cometh to God must believe that He is…” Hebrews 11:6 

You have a choice about coming to God, but when you come you must believe that He is…not that He can do. For you to appreciate the faith you have, you must be able to know the ‘what’ of God you worship because this understanding is the highest  level of faith.  When
