Have Faith in God Part 4

“ And Jesus answering saith unto them , Have faith in God” Mark 11:22

“….He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him…” Hebrews 11:6

A lot of people are defeated in their walk with God  because they do not accept God as a rewarder.

You say how do you mean? If I give you a reward does that reward mean I took something from you or I gave something to you?  So, how come people who say they believe in God when things are taken from them say it is God?

If there is anything God detests or hate it is to ascribe to Him what the devil does. God is a rewarder; that was the point on which God was angry with Job. “What man is like Job, who drinketh up scorning like water?... For he hath said, It profiteth a man nothing that he should delight himself with God” Job 34:7,9
How dare you say God took things from you; God does not
use the devil’s things to train His children. God knows that if the rod of the wicked falls on you too long you will put your hands to evil. His own weapon is  His word (1 Tim. 3:16). What God needs to make you the man or woman you need to be is all in His word, He doesn’t need devil’s stealing or sickness to make you to obey Him.

Having faith in God is to believe that your walk with God will profit your life . You must be persuaded and convinced about God- that you know the God that you serve is a God that pays .
In Malachi, the children of Israel were not serving God the way they ought to, they were  withholding their tithe and the reason was because they felt that it was not doing them any good. They felt God was not profitable. God now has to say “ Come and put me to the test .. bring all the tithe and offering… not the blemished one … all the good ones into my house and proof me if I will not open the windows and pour out the blessings that there will not be room enough to contain it’- test me if I will not bless you.

God does not take kindly the religious thing people are saying you get good from God and you get bad from God.  Elihu in Job 34:10 said ‘Far be it from God that He should do wickedness, from the Almighty that he should commit iniquity’
James 1:17 says ‘Every good and perfect gift comes from above from the Father..with whom there is no variableness neither shadow of turning…that’s the God you serve, that is the God Jesus said ‘Have faith in’.
