Jeremiah 9:23-24
“Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man
glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the
rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he
understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness,
judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith
the Lord.” KJV
Remember that according to Proverbs 30:2-5, to
know God, you have to know His name and His Son’s name. So today, I am saying,
if you want to know God look at Jesus.
Hebrews 1:2-3
“[But] in the last of these days He has spoken
to us in [the person of a] Son, Whom He appointed Heir and lawful Owner of all
things, also by and through Whom He created the worlds and the reaches of space
and the ages of time [He made, produced, built, operated, and arranged
them in order]. He is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being,
the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He
is the perfect imprint and very image of [God's] nature…” AMP
John 14:7-11
“If ye had known me, ye should have known my
Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. Philip saith
unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him,
Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he
that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the
Father?
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and
the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but
the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the
Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.” KJV
