Romans
10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God”
How
does faith come? By hearing the word of God. Some people think faith comes by
hearing other people’s testimonies.
But
the scripture did not say faith comes by hearing testimonies
but by hearing the word of God. All a testimony can do is to inspire you and
encourage you but do not try to believe God based on what you heard God do in
someone’s life.
Hear
God’s word on the matter yourself so that you can have your faith developed to
the point that you know that you God will do the same for you also.
Confession:
I
will give attention to God’s word for it is my necessary food.
