keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to
a thousand generations”
One
of the things that will help your faith to stand strong is when you recognize
that God is faithful, and you must develop your faith
in that – His faithfulness. This is what helped Sarah to bear Isaac.
Through
faith also Sarah herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered
of a past age because she judged Him faithful who had promised (Heb.11:11)
Judging

Confession:
I
am persuaded that my God is faithful, He cannot deny Himself, and therefore His
promises will be fulfilled in my life.
