TENACITY OF FAITH

Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them.”

There is something about the bulldog, that when it holds unto something it does not let go easily. So, you hear talk about having a bulldog faith, that is, a faith that is as tenacious as a bulldog. This is one more thing that we see in this verse that your faith must have in other to obtain is TENACITY.
To be “Tenacious” means to “keep a firm hold”. That is, once you have put out your faith on something you do not let go. You must not relinquish your faith hold on it until it manifests. This is why I believe Jesus used the word desire. A desire is defined as “a strong feeling of wanting to have something”.
When you have a strong feeling of wanting something, it births tenacity, which is a required element to having manifestation. The reason I believe some people let go easily is that their desire is not strong enough to make them persist until manifestation happens.
But you and I are not of them that draw back in our faith. We are of them that believe unto the saving of the soul. Glory to God!

Confession/Prayer:

I am not of them that draw back in faith, but of them that believe until manifestation comes.
