LOOKING UNTO JESUS

Hebrews12:2 “Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus. Who is the leader and the source of our faith (giving the first incentive for our belief) and is also the finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection].

Faith is never at it’s finished product when it is used. That is, you might feel all things are wrong with your faith as you apply it in a situation, do not be disturbed. Use it anyway.
This is because it will be perfected or mature as it is being used. What perfects it is your looking unto Jesus continually. Do not be like Peter who took his eyes off Jesus. When you look to Jesus through His word, what happens is that your faith gets stronger as the days go by. But when you look to the winds, or the symptoms, your faith gets weakened more and more.

Confession/Prayer:

I will look unto the hills from whence cometh my help, my help cometh from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
