The boldness of faith

Mark 11:24
“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them.”

Let us continue our meditation on the above passage. There is something else that I see. It is the boldness of faith. Yesterday, I said faith has to take initiative, it means also you have to be bold.

So there is something called the boldness of faith, without it you will not step out and take initiatives. It took boldness for the
prodigal son to go to his father and ask for his inheritance. It took boldness for David to go after the lion and the bear to rescue his father’s sheep.

It took boldness for him to approach Goliath as well. It took boldness for Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, to face up to Nebuchadnezzar and declare they will not bow down.

True faith is bold faith. When the element of boldness is taken out of your faith walk, faith loses its zest. So come boldly to the throne of grace and obtain.

CONFESSION:
God has not given me the spirit of fear but of boldness. I am bold.
