WALKING WITH GOD

Hebrews 11:5,6
“By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

What we are doing is taking these heroes of faith and see what we can learn from them. From Enoch we see that to live a life of faith is to please God. Or let me put it in another way, faith makes you please God with your life. The Scriptures said of Enoch, he had a testimony before he was taken. I could write that portion this way: “for before his translation ‘it was reported of him’ that he pleased God”. That is, he was an evidence himself, he was a living proof. CONFESSION: IF ENOCH CAN WALK WITH GOD AND PLEASE HIM, I CAN ALSO WALK WITH GOD.
