Romans 10:9, 10 (MESSAGE)
“This is the core of our preaching. Say
the welcoming word to God – “Jesus is my Master” – embracing body and soul,
God’s work of doing in us what He did in raising Jesus from the dead. That’s
it. You are not “doing” anything; you’re simply calling out to God, trusting
Him to do it for you. That’s salvation. With your whole being you embrace God
setting things right, and then you say it, right out loud: “God has set
everything right between Him and me.”
The message Bible has given us a new
perspective on faith. It says it is not about you doing anything but that yours
is just to call out to God and trust Him to do it for you. That is how your
salvation, which means your
healing, safety, protection, provision, deliverance
comes.
This is, understanding the, ‘it is not of works’ dimension. You need to
understand this, because many are still seeing faith as doing something, works.
No it is embracing with your whole being that what God did in Christ he has
done for you, so you just call out to Him and trust Him for it. And then it
says when you have embraced it you speak it out loud: God has set everything
right.
Faith accepts that God has set everything right and rests in that.
Therefore what does not look set right in your life right now, has no choice
but to turn around and be set right, why, because God has set everything right.
CONFESSION: GOD HAS SET EVERYTHING RIGHT
IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW. I HAVE ASSURANCE THAT EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT.
