GOD CANNOT LIE

Mark 11:22 “Have faith in God…”

Have faith in God means just that! Have faith in God, not in a man, not a system not anything man made. You must remember that God is not a man that He should lie neither the son of man that he should repent or change His mind. 

So having faith in God is having faith in someone who cannot and would not lie.

It also means our faith has to be in His character rather than in His works, in who He is rather than what He can do. This is because, what God can do comes out of who He is. This is why the scriptures say, He that cometh to God must believe that He is, not because that He can do. 

Therefore when you don’t see His works, you are not perturbed because you know who He is has not changed, therefore you cannot be consumed. (Malachi 1:6)

Confession:

I lift up mine eyes unto the hills from where cometh my help, my help comes from the LORD. I look to the Lord only.
