IT SHALL COME TO PASS

Proverbs 23:18

“For surely there is an end, and thine expectation shall not be cut short”

I feel impressed to still tell you today that IT SHALL COME TO PASS! Whatever be the negative circumstance of your life right now, there is a time limit on it. I repeat THERE IS A TIME LIMIT ON IT! Sometimes the enemy makes people feel as though the sickness, their present difficulty will last forever, but that is a lie of the enemy. 

Why? Our text for meditation says, “for SURELY THERE IS AN END…” It is a sure thing, a definite thing that there is an end to that situation, which means, it shall come to pass. Moreover, the Scriptures also say, “…Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning” (Psalm 30:5). So this tells you weeping is only permitted to stay in your night time, it is not allowed to stay and see the morning. 

This confirms to you again, that your weeping or whatever is causing it will come to an end, IT SHALL COME TO PASS! So what are you to do now that you know this? You can say in the words of Micah 7:7,8

“So I will look to the Lord for help. I will wait for God to save. MY God will hear me. I have fallen, but enemy, don’t laugh at me! I will get up again. I sit in darkness now, but the Lord will be a light for me.”

CONFESSION: REJOICE NOT OVER ME O MY ENEMY, THOUGH I FALL, I SHALL YET RISE AGAIN BECAUSE THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
