Mark 11:34,24
For
verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou
removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but
shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall
have whatsoever he saith. Therefore
I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye
receive them, and ye shall have them.
You
need to understand that faith works either by saying it or by praying it. This
is what the two verses reveal to us. What ends the two
verses? “…he shall
whatsoever he saith.” (vs 23). Also in verse 24 “…when ye pray, believe that ye
receive them, and ye shall have them.” What are 'them?'
In both cases, what you
prayed for and what you say in faith. Why do you need to know this? It is
because some people think nothing happens to them until they take a position of
prayer and have prayed. You need to have faith in your words. If more people
have more faith in their words they will learn to guard what they speak.
Look
at what you are supposed to believe in verse 23: “…but shall believe that those
things which he saith…”. Who saith? The words YOU SAITH. Yes YOU! You are to
have faith in your words. Believe what about the words? That they will come to
pass.
Whose words will come to pass? That your words will come to pass. YOUR
WORDS! Have faith in the words you speak and watch them come to pass.
Confession:
I can have whatsoever I say.
