HOW FAITH IS SUSTAINED

Hebrews11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please God, for he that cometh to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him”

Faith in God is also defined as coming to God and diligently seeking Him, believing that He will reward you. So, to have faith means you keep coming to God, seeking Him. This is the way your faith in God is sustained. 

A continual coming to God seeking Him through times of prayer and fellowship.

DARE TO BELIEVE

Hebrews 11:33 “Who through faith subdued Kingdoms wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions”

Faith is the element that makes people break the barriers of limitations. So that where people have once stopped, people with faith in God can get there and expand or stretch the frontiers of those limitations.

Hebrews 11 is full of men and women who did just that. Are you going to be counted among them or you will just accept the status quo. You can be the exception to the rule. Dare to believe God today!

Confession:

I am a mighty man of valour. I overcome every limitation. I am a barrier breaker because of my faith in God.

Prayer:

I tear down every well of limitation around you now in Jesus name. go forth into that new territory.

RELEASE YOUR FAITH

Matthew 17:20 “And Jesus said unto him because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, if ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed… and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

The faith in you is a possibility faith. Possibility faith is a faith that sees the invisible and it is a speaking faith. Faith is the answer for that seemingly life. 

Do not let its size bother you. Jesus said if your faith is so small that it looks as though it is not there, He said it is enough to do the impossible. 

Therefore, release that faith through your mouth and watch the mountain disappear. Glory to God.

Mountain, you’ve got to move. I speak to you right now. Move in Jesus name!

CHANGE YOUR HOPE TO FAITH

Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for…”

For faith to work, it needs hope because faith gives substance to hope. However hope is not faith and faith is not hope. One major difference is that faith is in the now but hope speaks of tomorrow or future. 

So when you say ‘I hope to get it’ or ‘I believe it will happen soon’ you are talking hope not faith and you will end up not receiving. Remember Martha? “Lord I believe he will rise up in the resurrection at the last day” (John11:24).  What was Jesus’ answer? “I am the resurrection and the life…”. 

Change your hope to faith today!

Confession:

I believe I have it right now. I have the victory right now!

Prayer:

You will not be ashamed. For your shame, receive a double blessing now in Jesus name.

CHOOSE TO BELIEVE GOD

Acts 27:25 “wherefore, Sirs, be of good cheer for I believe God that it shall be even as it was told me”

Faith is a choice you have to make. Paul had to choose to believe God’s word in the face of contrary circumstance. Beloved, choosing to believe God in something that you will always have to do is not a once and for all thing.

It is a process of choosing to hear, speak and act on the word of God over and over again in every circumstance and everyday.

Confession:

Wherefore Sir, I choose to believe God.

Prayer:

As you have believed so let it be unto you.
